| leaving on a jet plane...well not quite..just a normal Boeing 747...but then again that might be a jet...i don't know ..hell who cares anyway...i'm off to anime homeland!
just have to get through the next 3 hours of torturous chinese lesson...all packed and ready to go....getting some last minute things together...had a last minute impulse to get a sweater...thing to note: Massimo Dutti has really nice sweaters...feels like heaven too...
had dinner at Majestic hotel last night....service is top notch, although if they wanted to up it a notch they could (serve the oldest lady first... guys last etc etc etc..)...but hey its the best i've seen in singapore so far...ask for Paul if you go there....so obliging and attentive...food wise its alright...still prefer Jade or Wah Lok food though...but service wow...blew me away..hard to find such good service nowadays...
ok...gotta go....jiang hua yu time....

| tokyo in a week...can time pass by any slower??
this week is gonna be really hectic...currently supposed to do my chinese homework but i'm procrastinating cos ...well..its chinese homework...not exactly the most exciting thing in the world..been running errands..have a 2 day workshop on tues and wed...work is piling up...too many meetings...how am i supposed to go on my holiday like this?? dad's birthday celebration this friday..haven't even gotten him a present..shit....dinner on saturday evening is double booked....big boss' house warming plus cousin's birthday party...and i have to get to the airport by 8.45pm on saturday night?? how how?? running around like a looney..will only have time to pack on sat morning cos i have chinese in the afternoon...shit!!
ok quick update...baked mooncakes last weekend! first time...had alot of fun! not easy work i must say but its worth the effort! had krispy kremes on sunday...yummy..still drool at the thought....sis's birthday dinner on sunday...did last minute shopping for her present as well..u'd never believe what i got her...but she didn't want anything else...SHAMPOO and FACE WASH! i thought vouchers were as far as i would go but this tops it...the most practical presents i've ever given..talk about insincere...but oh well...i always give her what she wants...don't like giving people stuff they won't use..
better stop procrastinating!!!!

| I'm going to Tokyo! yay! can't wait!!!
haven't blogged for some time....no mood to or rather when i think i want to blog i end up snipping off the edges and at the end of the day it looks like some placid piece of "oh my life is plain sailing and i love everyone out there" which is just complete and utter BS.
how have i been? hmmm...well suffice to say i'm alright (see?? snipping already) no but seriously, the past weeks/months have been a good learning lesson....not so much personally but at work.
personally, i've been great. working for me is alot better than studying. been trying out new places to eat. so far nothing that special. the usual places are still the best. Akashi, Imperial Treasures, Jade, Marmalade Pantry, etc, etc, etc. but i still try in hope of finding something new and exciting!
went to Butter Factory over the weekend. was at Zouk first but the music was crap and no one was dancing so we bounced off to Butter Factory. Great place for RnB music. crowd is slightly better than Smoove...doesn't reak so much of desperation....i really don't understand the logic of guys...just because we're having a good time doesn't automatically mean we want some random guy to come and get fresh with us. WTF. anyway, seems like girls having fun = come get fresh with us.
hmm..better get back to work...will try to blog more often sans the snipping...
